Terms of Service
Binding today are the no-show clause and the deposit terms below. They apply to every search, selection and deposit on Instant Match. The remaining sections are still being drafted and will be published here before the public launch.
Interview attendance
If you fail to attend two or more scheduled interviews without notice, we may end your active search and your deposit is forfeited. This protects our candidates' time. Rescheduling in advance is always free.
Every interview we arrange costs a candidate a slot they could have given to someone else. Telling us beforehand costs you nothing, so we ask for it.
Your deposit
The deposit reserves interview time with the candidates you selected and is credited in full against the placement fee when you hire. You pay one deposit per role type, however many candidates you pick within it.
